Zgodnie z Charakterystyką Produktu Leczniczego Sintrom, paracetamol - substancja czynna leku Theraflu ExtraGrip może zwiększyć działanie przeciwzakrzepowe produktu Sintrom, stąd nie zaleca się ich jednoczesnego stosowania.
Theraflu ExtraGrip można stosować maksymalnie 5 dni bez konsultacji z lekarzem.
