Belogent jest lekiem, w postaci maści lub kremu, stosowanym w przypadku bakteryjnych zakażeń skóry.
Preparat jest lekiem dwuskładnikowym i w swoim składzie zawiera betametazon (substancję należącą do glikokortykosteroidów) oraz gentamycynę (antybiotyk). Lek działa przeciwzapalnie, przeciwświądowo oraz obkurczająco na naczynia krwionośne.
