Can stress and lack of sleep cause intracyclic bleeding?

Hello. I have been taking mikrogynon 21 for 2 years. Everything was ok. At the beginning of January, I survived the death of my niece. Bleeding occurred a week before the deadline and lasted 2 weeks. In February, the same thing. Today it is already more than two weeks as it bleeds. I did not take a break from taking tablets because I hoped that it would end faster (this is the first time I did not take breaks in taking tablets). Can such great stress, lack of sleep, etc. be the reason for my bleeding?
