When will the symptoms disappear after taking Daktarin Oral Gel? When after Fluconazole should the symptoms subside?

Hi, From 3 days I take Daktarin Oral Gel 2x per day after a teaspoon and Fluconazole at a dose of 200 mg per day for (probably) ringworm of the throat and larynx, which lasts from 1.5 months, throughout this period I feel dry, burning and burning in the throat and larynx, I also have reddened vocal cords with white raid /aftami (viewed by an ENT doctor), at the very beginning I also had severe inflammation of the throat, burning pain when swallowing, white raid on the throat and tonsil holes and flu-like symptoms. How long can I expect improvement? A swab from the throat towards bacteria and fungi showed only the presence of numerous Streptococcus Pyogenes, no fungi were found. Initially, I received Klindamycin 600 mg per week (according to the antibiogram) now I am treated for ringworm, but so far I do not see any improvement. I also have no stomach problems. How long will Fluconazole start working? What else could be the possible cause of these ailments? I don't know what to do anymore. Best regards
