Prawidłowe ciśnienie skurczowe według najnowszych wytycznych powinno być niższe niż 120 mmHg, a rozkurczowe - niższe niż 80 mmHg.
Jeśli pomimo przyjmowania leku na nadciśnienie, ciśnienie nie osiąga prawidłowych wartości, to nie należy się bać, ani przyjmować żadnych innych leków, bowiem środki na nadciśnienie wydawane są na receptę.
W tej sytuacji proszę skontaktować się z lekarzem, który prowadzi Pana terapię. Podejmie on decyzję, czy należy wdrożyć dodatkowe środki.
