Ze względu na niewielkie wchłanianie substancji czynnej leku Gyno-Pevaryl do organizmu po podaniu dopochwowym, jest mało prawdopodobne, aby oddziaływała ona w sposób istotny z innymi lekami, np. Urofuraginum, stąd nie ma przeciwwskazań do ich jednoczesnego stosowania.
