Tafen Nasal jest lekiem wydawanym z przepisu lekarza, zatem specjalista, zgodnie ze swoją najlepszą wiedzą i doświadczeniem, może zalecić takie dawkowanie leku, jakie będzie pomocne, ale i bezpieczne dla pacjenta, niekoniecznie stosując się do zaleceń producenta, które są dla niego tylko wskazówką.
Takie stosowanie leku, to tzw. stosowanie poza wskazaniami "off-label":
