Good morning. I have a question about tablets singulair 10.Recently prescribed to me by a pulmonologist for shortness of breath problem with taking deeper breath, etc. Symptoms. I asked the doctor if these drugs would interfere with heart problems. I have palpitations, the Doctor said, that they will not, however, in side effects just writes, that they can cause palpitations, etc. heart symptoms, in addition, the drug causes a lot of nausea. I take it 1 time in the evening at a dose of 10 ml. The question I have such to you, whether there is a replacement for the above. a drug that would be more neutral in cardiac problems and with these nauseas, so that there are no such problems, because it makes it very difficult for me to treat this drug. Z farmaceutycznego punktu widzenia zamiennik to lek o tym samym składzie, ale innego producenta. Singulair ma zamienniki, ale ich substancja czynna będzie taka sama i będzie to montelukast:

Pani najprawdopodobniej ma na myśli po prostu możliwość zastosowania zupełnie innego leczenia. W takim przypadku należy skontaktować się z lekarzem, którego kompetencją jest dobieranie leków na podstawie dokumentacji medycznej. Wydaje mi się możliwe zastosowanie leków wziewnych, działających wyłącznie miejscowo w świetle dróg oddechowych, ale jak wspomniałam - takiej zamiany może dokonać tylko lekarz, który diagnozuje i zleca terapię.

Jednocześnie chciałam zauważyć, że lek Singulair może, ale nie musi powodować kołatanie serca, przy czym skutek taki występuje rzadko - rzadziej niż u 1 na aż 1000 osób. Natomiast rzeczywiście często, niemniej rzadziej niż u 1 na 10 osób mogą dokuczać pacjentowi nudności i wymioty.
