Is it possible to combine the drugs Propranolol and Sulpiride?

Sulpiryd może powodować wydłużenie odcinka QT w sercu. Takie działanie zwiększa ryzyko ciężkich niemiarowości komorowych, które może być potęgowane przez bradykardię (wolniejsze bicie serca), wywoływane przez beta-blokery, np. propranolol.
Zatem Sulpiryd i Propranolol można przyjmować razem tylko wtedy, jeśli zostały przepisane przez jednego lekarza, lub jeśli lekarze przepisujący te preparaty byli poinformowani o tym, jakie inne leki pacjent już zażywa, na jakie dodatkowe schorzenia cierpi i tylko w takiej kombinacji (kolejności), jak wynika z tych zaleceń.
