Objawy przedawkowania i zatrucia klindamycyną nie są znane. W przypadku przedawkowania leku podanego doustnie (tabletki powlekane) zalecane jest płukanie żołądka. Klindamycyny nie można
usunąć z krwi poprzez dializę lub dializę otrzewnową. Specyficzne antidotum nie jest znane.
W razie przyjęcia dawki leku większej niż zalecana, należy niezwłocznie zwrócić się do lekarza.
