How to change Qlaira to Harmonet correctly?

Good morning, I change qlaira contraceptive pills to HARMONET. My gynecologist told me that Harmonet should start taking after the Qlaira package is finished. Harmonet leaflet, on the other hand, states that if there is a change in the birth control pills, the first Harmonet tablet should be taken after the last active (red) tablet in Qlaira. Today I took the last active tablet from QLAIRA. Should I take 2 placebo tablets and only start Harmonet after that? Can you not take placebo tablets and immediately after the last active tablet (that is, in my case tomorrow) start Harmonet? I hope I explained well what I mean Regards
