To @Patka26: Yes, you can stop taking Microgynon 21 tablets after the end of the pack. After using and discontinuing hormonal contraception, natural menstruation usually returns within 6 weeks. In some cases, menstrual disorders may occur and natural menstruation may occur even after a few months.
