How long does it take for me to see improvement after taking Nolicin?
How long does it take for me to feel better after starting treatment with Nolicin? I took 4 out of 20 tablets (2 days) and so far there is no improvement. The drug prescribed by the urologist based on the result of a urine culture,which showed >1,000,000 bacteria in the urine. Is 2 days of treatment too short for improvement with such an amount of bacteria? I would like to add that I do not feel pain, but I have a strong urge to urinate, as well as burning and discomfort in the area of the urethral opening.

Uro-Vaxom is not expected to affect the way Nolicin works. It is a good idea to report these symptoms to your doctor. A change in treatment may be indicated.
After taking Nolicin 400 mg (2×daily) I feel more and more urge to urinate and burning in the urethra day by day. In the final phase of urination, severe burning and pain. I have the impression that after taking a Nolicin tablet, the burning and urgency intensify tremendously. Shouldn't I stop taking antibiotics? I'm currently finishing day 6 of Nolicin treatment. I'm waiting for the results of the urine culture. They'll probably be there in 2 days. What to do? I can't sleep because of this discomfort. I don't have a temperature. I would like to add that earlier when I had a UTI, after the first tablet of Nolicin I forgot about cystitis. Could the urovaxom, which I took along with the antibiotic at the beginning of the infection, have any effect? Asking for help. I'm distraught.

2 dni kuracji to zbyt krótko, aby móc zauważyć optymalne działanie leku. Przy przyjmowaniu leku Nolicin 2 razy na dobę poprawę może Pani odczuć mniej więcej w 4 dobie, spotkałam się z opinią, że u niektórych pacjentów nawet później.
Jeśli mniej więcej po zażyciu 10 tabletki nie odczuje Pani różnicy, należy skonsultować się z lekarzem.
