How do I know which pharmacy I have started filling my e-prescription in?
Hello. I have a code for erecpty. 1 package has been bought but I don't know in which pharmacy is it possible to check it in some way?

To @Gość:
In this case, there are two options:
1) obtaining access to IKP, e.g. by setting up a trusted profile or logging in using electronic banking, and then proceeding as described in the answer below,
2) telephone contact or personal contact to pharmacies where this person usually buys medicines and ask about open prescriptions.
What if the prescription is for an elderly person who does not use the IKP?

Tak, jest taka możliwość. Należy zalogować się do swojego Internetowego Konta Pacjenta przy pomocy profilu zaufanego na stronie:
https://www.pacjent.gov.pl/
Można to zrobić korzystając z powyższej strony przy pomocy profilu bankowego.
Po zalogowaniu należy wejść w zakładkę "Recepty" -> "Zobacz receptę" (po wybraniu odpowiedniej recepty) -> "Zobacz dokument realizacji recepty". W prawym górnym rogu znajdzie Pani adres apteki, w której realizowała Pani receptę.
