For @Anonim: Allspice and pepper do not impair the effectiveness of hormonal contraception.
Does allspice affect the effectiveness of Atywia Daily contraceptive pills? While eating the stew, I did not notice and ate while chewing allspice. Will this interfere with the contraceptive effect? Does pepper interfere with the action of tablets?

Z ziół należy unikać naparów z senesu oraz z dziurawca podczas stosowania antykoncepcji hormonalnej. Napary z dziurawca, a dokładniej zawarta w nim substancja czynna – hyperforyna pobudza wątrobę do szybszego rozkładania każdego rodzaju pigułek antykoncepcyjnych, a to osłabia ich działanie. Z kolei herbatki ziołowe zawierające senes oraz babkę płesznik - mogą zmniejszyć wchłanianie przez organizm hormonów zawartych w doustnych środkach antykoncepcyjnych. Szałwia, mięta, rumianek i koper nie będą miały negatywnego wpływu na antykoncepcję.
