Can I use Estrovita Skin and fish oil at the same time?
Good morning, I wanted to start using the Estrovita skin dietary supplement. He is currently taking Vitter fish oil. I noticed that vitamin D and A are repeated in both supplements. D seems to be a total of okay amount is in the case of vitamin A I have doubts. In both of these products is marked coverage of 100% of demand. Jeśli w obu produktach dziennie zapotrzebowanie witaminy A wynosi 100%, radziłabym na czas kuracji Estrovitą zrezygnować z tranu firmy Vitter. Co prawda, przyjmowanie witaminy A w dopiero 10-krotnie większej dawce i to przez dłuższy czas - może prowadzić do zatrucia organizmu objawiającego się bólami głowy, ociężałością czy drażliwością, niemniej jednak, powielanie witamin podczas stosowania obu preparatów wydaje się bezzasadne. Po skończeniu kuracji Estrovitą może Pani na nowo wrócić do stosowania tranu.
