How to check where it started e-recepta?

hello I have a problem I was in quarantine and I do not know where the e prescription was started what should I do

Unfortunately, the IKP DOES NOT SHOW THE PLACE WHERE THE PRESCRIPTION IS FILLED

Najprościej będzie spytać - jeśli to możliwe - osobę, która realizowała Pana receptę, w której aptece wykupiła część opakowań leku z recepty.

Jeśli nie ma takiej możliwości, a wykupiono np. tylko jedno z kilku przepisanych opakowań leku, to można sprawdzić w jakiej aptece realizowana była częściowo recepta za pomocą Internetowego Konta Pacjenta:
