Will loose stool before taking the contraceptive pill affect its effectiveness?

Good morning, I would like to ask whether a single loose stool about half an hour before taking the combined contraceptive pill in the first week of the new pack can have an effect on its reduced effectiveness? I would like to add that after taking it, I still felt abdominal discomfort for a while, i.e. a feeling of overflowing and rumbling in my stomach and bloating, but there was no more visit to the toilet. Thank you in advance for your reply.

And does diarrhea just before taking the pill have an effect? When I took the contraceptive pill, I didn't go to the toilet anymore and I didn't have diarrhea. I still felt a bit of stomach ache, but I didn't feel the need to go to the toilet
