Available on Amazon and the British market, with similar adhesive properties is Iglu Gel ointment, with a different composition but as effective as solcoseryl, if not more. I heartily recommend to all who are used to this type of ointment sticking to the aphthous, not what sachol that flows 2 seconds later.
