Hello, I am in my second pregnancy - 11 TC after doing tests of toxoplasma igg 5.4, igm 4.42 the reaction parameters come out of the range. Low avidity. How is it possible that the results come out when I was already diagnosed with a fresh infection in my first pregnancy and I was taking rovamecinin throughout my pregnancy. Previous pregnancy 3 years ago.

Przebycie raz toksoplazmozy u osoby z normalnie działającym układem immunologicznym daje trwałą odporność i nie jest możliwe ponowne zakażenie się. W organizmie powstają przeciwciała klasy IgG, są to przeciwciała długotrwałej pamięci immunologicznej, które utrzymują się w krwioobiegu wiele lat.
Przypuszczam, że Pani pytanie może dotyczyć ciąży - jeżeli przebyła Pani toksoplazmozę przed ciążą, to nie może Pani ponownie zachorować, a tym samym zarazić płodu (tylko świeża infekcja w trakcie trwania ciąży jest niebezpieczna dla dziecka).
