For @Anonim: A large amount of vitamin C is at least 1g per day. In a plate of bigos there will certainly not be such a dose of vitamin C. Vitamin C may be partially decomposed under the influence of heat treatment.

Jak podają badania, skuteczność antykoncepcji może być obniżona jeśli w trakcie terapii stosowane są duże dawki witaminy C (powyżej 1 g dziennie).
