Bemecor zawiera beta-metylodigoksynę. Jest preparatem naparstnicy z grupy tzw. glikozydów naparstnicy. Bemecor stosuje się w leczeniu niewydolności serca i niektórych zaburzeń rytmu serca (arytmii).
