According to the information of Galderma Polska Sp. z o.o. - the manufacturer and entity responsible for the marketing of Mirvaso, the production of the drug has been completed and it will no longer be possible to buy it in pharmacies. This is a business decision of the manufacturer of the drug. No - it has been withdrawn from the Polish market. I do not live in Poland (EU) and buy it until today (2022).

Odpowiedź na Pana pytanie jest jednoznaczna - skoro lek nie jest już produkowany, nie będzie Pan mógł go używać z uwagi na jego brak.
Mirvaso nie ma zamiennika. W podlinkowanej wcześniej odpowiedzi wyjaśniłam dokładnie, jak należy postąpić w takiej sytuacji i jakie są alternatywy leczenia - każda z nich wymaga jednak konsultacji z lekarzem.
