Hello. I have one important pytanko, I have a 6-year-old daughter and I always did inhalations with Berodual, NaCl, Ventolin or Nebbud. For a week, the doctor recommended Nebu dose plus (hyaluronic + hypertonic) but unfortunately my inhaler is not adapted to this drug and does not work at all. I thought it was badly rinsed, but I read comments on another forum that Nebu dose plus is a new drug and not every inhaler is adapted to it. So what inhaler to buy, anyone know?

Nebu-Dose Plus can be administered using a pneumatic inhaler.
I've attached links to websites where you can compare the prices of popular pneumatic inhalers in online pharmacies and order them with pickup at the pharmacy or home delivery:

In cities such as Warsaw, Wrocław, Łódź or Białystok, products can be ordered with instant delivery even in 1 hour thanks to the Wolt Drive service - check if the service is available in your location:

To @Marius: Thank you for your remark, the answer has been corrected. As a rule, there are no contraindications to the use of hyaluronic acid solution with pneumatic inhalers. This type of solution should not be used with an ultrasonic inhaler and part of membrane inhalers. Unfortunately, I do not have access to the Microlife NEB 200 leaflet to be able to read the information you mention. In fact, on various websites I found information that you should not give Nebu Dose Hialuronic using Microlife NEB 200. However, no mention was made of other preparations from the Nebu-Dose series. However, since Nebu-Dose Plus also contains hyaluronic acid - here you would also need to use a pneumatic inhaler other than Microlife NEB 200, e.g. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/114840/inhalator-microlife-neb-210-kompresorowy-inhalator-nebulizator/apteki
To Mrs. Angelika Talar In the user manual of microlife Neb 200 there is information that it can not be used with Nebudose Hialuronic
I just bought a compressor piston in the pharmacy and it is ok. For Nebudose hial I use a blue fitting without a selector and for Benodil with a selector.
I recommend the Econstellation Plus compressor inhaler. A fresh purchase that I am very happy with. I use just for inhalation Nebu Dose hypertonic. It is equipped with accessories for inhalation of the upper respiratory tract, their middle parts and for the therapy of the lower respiratory tract. You put together such a " instrumentation " that you want to use at the moment. Read on the Internet. It is not expensive.

Do@Assss: I don't know what Microlife inhaler you have, but NEB 200 devices can handle spraying mist from hyaluronic salt solution. Perhaps the mistake lies in the inhalation technique. Are all plastic elements so tightly connected to each other that there is no release of air at the junction of the elements? As for the research conducted - I came across information that inhalers with a membrane, i.e. membrane (reticular) inhalers, cope well with this type of viscous solutions, you will read about them here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jaki-inhalator-wybrac https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/inhalatory-ultradzwiekowe e.g. the manufacturer of this equipment states that research has been conducted on its use together with NebuDose solutions: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/91890/intec-inhalator-mesh-intec-ne-105-inhalator-nebulizator/apteki
I have the same problem. Microlife piston or pneumatic nebulizer can not cope with this drug. Maybe there is a specific nebulizer that can cope. Anyone know how to create a beautiful mist from Nebudose?

Zgodnie z informacją dołączoną do produktu - Nebu Dose Plus ma optymalne zastosowanie w inhalatorach pneumatycznych.
Jest to 3% roztwór soli z kwasem hialuronowym przeznaczony do nebulizacji. Zmniejsza on lepkość wydzieliny, zmniejsza obrzęk w drogach oddechowych i wspomaga wykrztuszanie, co wspomaga oczyszczanie dróg oddechowych. Może być stosowany w przypadku stanów zapalnych dróg oddechowych, w mukowiscydozie oraz przewlekłej obturacyjnej chorobie płuc. Produkt może być także stosowany jako nośnik innych leków przeznaczonych do inhalacji.
