How to replace the drug Skudexa?

I have been taking skudexe for a long time, I have problems with my spine and hip, unbearable pain, the pills stop working, but after taking more than recommended, I have a problem with strong cramps of the lower limbs, then it does not work at all, then I have to lie down at all, preferably without moving, because the slightest movement that requires the use of any of the muscles causes a painful cramp, massacre ..... I have no idea what to replace the drug with, I'm devastated

I have also been struggling with very large pain in my knees and lumbar spine and joints in my fingers for a long time and so far I have only taken Skudexa but 1 tablet a day. She helped on her knees, but nothing more.
I'm currently taking Dicloberl retard overnight and I have to say it really helps. Best regards

Na chwilę obecną preparat nie posiada zamienników. Jak informuje producent leku, preparat może doprowadzić do uzależniania fizycznego lub psychicznego i w przypadku długotrwałego stosowania, efekt działania leku może być osłabiony.

Lek Skudexa wydawany jest z przepisu lekarza i prawdopodobne jest, że zmiana sposobu leczenia na inny preparat przeciwbólowy, będzie wymagać przepisu lekarza. Dlatego w opisanym przez Panią przypadku zalecałabym konsultację z lekarzem, który po odpowiednim wywiadzie lub wykonaniu niezbędnych badań, ocenie nasilenia bólu, pomoże zmienić sposób leczenia.

Skudexa to preparat stosowany w krótkotrwałym leczeniu bólu różnego pochodzenia u osób dorosłych. Substancjami czynnymi zawartymi w leku są deksketoprofen i tramadol. Dołączam opis produktu:
