I accidentally drank 100 ml of grapefruit juice while on oroes 10 mg for 7 months, what is the risk? Should I be afraid?

If it was a multifruit juice, the effect of grapefruit on the drug will be smaller and the risk of possible side effects is lower.

I must add that I drank juice in Grycan, in which there were other fruits, namely strawberry, orange, grapefruit, passion fruit, does it change anything?

Grapefruit juice can increase the concentration of escitalopram in the blood, which increases the risk of side effects of this medicine. However, they do not have to occur in everyone.

This is because this drink inhibits the metabolism of substances, so they stay in the body for longer.
You should take care of an increased supply of fluids – in this case, a minimum of 2 liters of water a day and observe the body's reaction.

If you notice any disturbing symptoms (such as dizziness, vomiting, feeling hot, palpitations in the chest, etc.), you should consult a doctor.
