According to the manufacturer's information, Vivomixx should be stored in the refrigerator at 2-8°C, preferably in its original packaging, protecting from light and moisture. If necessary, it is allowed to store the preparation at a temperature below 25°C for a maximum of 7 days, without adversely affecting the contents.
Due to the fact that Vivomixx contains bacterial strains sensitive to high temperatures, and the product has been stored at a much higher temperature than 25°C, there is a risk that it has lost its properties. However, it is difficult to clearly assess to what extent. To be sure that the preparation is wholesome, it will be best to buy a new package and follow the manufacturer's recommendations for storage.
