Chronada has anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic properties. The naturally contained chondroitin in the drug is a component of cartilage tissue, ensuring the appropriate mechanical and elastic properties of cartilage, and glucosamine is a substance naturally occurring in synovial fluid - it supports its proper functioning. Glucosamine can inhibit, m.in. the synthesis of superoxide radicals. In this way, it inhibits the process of articular cartilage degradation. Chondroitin and glucosamine have a synergistic effect stimulating the synthesis of collagen and proteoglycans in cartilage tissue.
