In Poland, Esperal is available under the name Disulfiram WZF. It is a prescription drug, its mail order sale is impossible. Disulfiram WZF can be purchased stationary in a Polish pharmacy upon presentation of a prescription. Here you can check the availability of the drug in Polish pharmacies and make a reservation:

The Gdziepolek.pl portal allows you to order and sell by mail order abroad Polish only over-the-counter preparations. Unfortunately, at the moment it is not possible to order products to Kyrgyzstan.
