Can Dymista cause breathing and heart problems?

Hello, I have been using Dymista since September 3 as recommended in the morning and in the evening one dose each, for 2 weeks I have been taking only one dose in the morning. Is it possible that I have trouble breathing after all this time? It's hard for me to breathe, I couldn't fall asleep because I was afraid that I would suffocate, it's hard for me to eat anything and my heart sometimes beats very fast and loud and sometimes I have the impression that it doesn't beat

Smoky is an intranasal aerosol containing an anti-allergic substance (azelastine) and a gicocorticoid (fluticasone). The product is used to alleviate the symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis of moderate to severe intensity. The drug is intended for long-term use.
While taking Dymista, nasal irritation, cough or dry throat may occur. These symptoms can affect your breathing comfort. No heart problems have been reported with the use of Dymista. The symptoms you describe are an indication to consult a doctor, who will assess whether they are the result of using Dymista, reducing the dose of the drug or whether they have any other cause.
