As a rule, modified-release drugs can be swapped if it does not cause differences in dosage and method of administration of the preparation, and the indications and pharmacokinetic properties of individual drugs are compatible.

However, I did not find a drug called "Concertina" in the Official List of Medicinal Products. Concerta substitutes, i.e. products that have the same form (extended-release tablets) and international name (methylphenidate) are:
