Is the drug Primolut-Nor can be used continuously for 6 months?

I have very painful menstruation with suspected endometriosis. The gynaecologist prescribed me Primolut-Nor and I have to take it for 6 months without a menstrual break, is that possible. Everywhere I read I write that you can only take it for up to 10 days ? I don't know what to do?

Primolut-Nor is registered for use in two indications:
1. Bleeding due to functional disorders - in this case, the recommended duration of use of the drug is 10 days. 2. Endometriosis - in this case, the recommended duration of use is at least 4-6 months. Please use the medicine as directed by your doctor.
