Whether Bixebra Can it cause heart pain? Can I reduce the dose?

After three days of taking bixebra at a dosage of 7.5 mg twice a day, my heart began to hurt frequently. The pain is throbbing and occurs even when I am lying on the couch. Also, the general state of health is not very good.
The pulse has become smaller, but the pain is very worrisome.
Can the dose be reduced to 5 mg once daily?
To the doctor in 5 days, but you need to somehow live until then.
The drug was prescribed because of a high pulse (tachycardia) and suspected angina.

If you experience heart pain or other worrying symptoms such as dizziness, reduced exercise tolerance or shortness of breath after taking Bixebra, it is important to contact your treating doctor. Medications that affect the heart always need to be closely monitored, especially if you have other heart conditions or are taking other cardiac medications. You should also not modify the dosage yourself.
