What to use for sinus pain instead of Ibuprofen Sinus if I take Atomoxetine?

Good morning. I'm using atomoxetine, I have a cold now, I have sinus pain and I wanted to take sinus ibuorom. Apparently, atomoxetine should not be combined with pseudoephedrine. Can anyone suggest any other medication that will help with sinus pain? I still have a sinupret but I don't know if it will cope with sinus pain.

It is true that atomoxetine should not be combined with pseudoephedrine.
According to the manufacturer: "Due to possible additive or synergistic pharmacological effects, caution should be exercised when atomoxetine is used concomitantly with drugs interacting with norepinephrine. These include antidepressants such as imipramine, venlafaxine and mirtazapine, or vasoconstrictors such as pseudoephedrine or phenylephrine."

For example, it will be safe to use ibuprofen or paracetamol alone in combination with Sinupret. This combination has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties and does not interact with atomoxetine.
