Can I continue to take Naproxen if I have tinnitus?

Good morning. I take naproxen for severe pain in the cervical vertebrae and I noticed that I have tinnitus after it. Can I continue to use them or do I have to stop using them.

Tinnitus can be a side effect of Naproxen. In the event of intensification of symptoms, it is advisable to consult a doctor and change the method of treatment. I encourage you to report your problem of back pain to a physiotherapist. Long-term use of painkillers is fraught with the risk of side effects. Rehabilitation is the basic form of treatment for this type of ailment.
