Is it possible to take any legal action against a manufacturer who...

Can any legal steps be taken against the manufacturer who is responsible for the delivery of medikinet to Poland from Germany? My treatment is impossible due to the regularly recurring shortage of medicine in the capital. I have to have the drug constantly in my bloodstream, when I stop taking it, I face withdrawal syndrome, which is mentioned in the leaflet, so the manufacturer knows about it.

There are more and more substitutes for Medikinet or equivalents with the same active substance as Medikinet but a different way of releasing the active substance from the tablet available in pharmacies.
Please talk to your doctor, perhaps a specialist will decide to switch due to the shortage of Medikinet in pharmacies. You can check the availability of methylphenidate medicines and make a reservation here:
