Can you combine Biofenac and Neoparin?

I'm after a broken bone. Can Biofenac be combined with Neoparin anticoagulant injections?

There are no absolute contraindications to combining these drugs, but caution should be exercised.
Biofenac may increase the anticoagulant effect of Neoparin injections and cause unexpected bleeding. Consult your doctor if you experience m.in uncontrolled nosebleeds, blood in the stool, bruising, etc.
