Can you buy sab simplex substitute in a pharmacy without a prescription ? The baby is a month old and the abdominal pain is constantly tensing and crying, delicol and espumisan do not help

There is no substitute in pharmacies that would have the same content of simeticone as Sab Simplex. A preparation with the same application, but a slightly lower dose of the active substance is Espumisan drops or Bobotic Forte.
If the symptoms persist despite the use of Delicol and Espumisan, you should consult a pediatrician. Your baby may have a food intolerance and will need to change your feeding routine or need additional tests.
