You have missed 4 tablets, so you should start a new pack of Qlaira and thus a new cycle of taking the drug. The more pills you miss, the greater the risk of pregnancy - especially if you have had unprotected intercourse in the last week. For the next 7 days from the start of the next pack, an additional method of contraception (condom) should be used. Consider implementing a pill reminder strategy (e.g., a daily alarm on your phone).
