I have a question: a long time ago I was freezing in my feet, I am often cold in them, so much so that I took Calcium Debesilate and Sadamin 150, which helped me, but currently there is no Sadamine on the market, only Calcium Debesilate, after which I am allergic in the form of itching! Sadamin contained xanthinol nicotinate, which has peripheral vasodilator effects. It is a derivative of niacin (vitamin PP).
Vitamin PP (niacin, vitamin B3) available in pharmacies has a strong vasodilator effect and should have a similar therapeutic effect to the previously used Sadamin. Online and stationary pharmacies offer single and combined preparations, such as:

Diosminex, on the other hand, contains micronized diosmin with an effect that increases venous tension and has a protective effect on the vessels.
