Is it normal that after starting Qlaira after Vibina I have a slight period of 10 days?

I'm 50 years old. I just started taking qlaira right after vibina. A previous birth control medication in the last cycle caused daily spotting throughout the cycle. After changing to a new one, after three days I got a light period that has been going on for 10 days, is this normal?

When changing hormonal contraception, especially at your age, various changes in the menstrual cycle may occur, including spotting or prolonged bleeding, and this is normal. Once you start using Qlaira immediately after Vibin, your body may need time to adapt to the new hormonal form.

The symptoms you experience are typical side effects occurring in the first month of use (or less severe also in the second cycle on tablets) and should disappear spontaneously with the next package.
