What are the experiences of patients with the use of Mounjaro Kwikpen, which I received in a dose of 10 mg, and how exactly should I dose it?

Does anyone have any experience with this gentleman? I was given a dose of 10mg and I have to dose first after 15 clicks and after a month 30 clicks, apparently I am pen enough for more than a month. I don't understand

Apparently, 10 kwikpen can be shared with more initiated. 1 kwikpen 10 is enough for 2 months. The doses will then be 5. So the price will be about 800 PLN per month. I think 30 clicks is probably done.

Mounjaro (tirzepatide) is a medicine used to treat obesity and type 2 diabetes. Do not use the Kwikpen for more than 4 weeks (30 days). Discard the pen after 4 weekly doses. If you try to inject any residual medication, you may not receive an incomplete dose, even if there is still medication in the pen, so you can only use one pen for 4 weeks.
Dosage in the form of click counting is not recommended due to the risks and potential errors. This is contrary to the manufacturer's recommended use and raises concerns about inconsistency with the dosage or volume stated.
Please follow the instructions from the specialist and the manufacturer closely and monitor any side effects.
