Good morning
I'm coming with a question because I was taking an antibiotic, after which I took an additional 7 days. Recently I have a stomachache for about a week while relieving myself, I suspect that it is the result of antibiotic therapy, but I relieve myself normally. There is no need for additional protection if there is no diarrhea, only a slight abdominal pain ?

No, this will not affect the effect of contraception.
To regenerate the intestinal bacterial flora after antibiotic treatment, you can use a multi-strain probiotic with a prebiotic, e.g.:

I read that it may be an imbalance of healthy intestinal microflora caused by antibiotics, can it affect hormonal contraception if there are only abdominal pains without diarrhea?

If more than 7 days have passed since the end of the antibiotic treatment and you do not experience diarrhoea (only abdominal pain), there is no need for additional protection. There is no indication that the contraceptive protection of the pill is to be weakened.
