I've been taking forxige for half a year. The hba1c parameter has improved significantly. It fell from 9.0 to 6.5. After starting the treatment with this drug, I began to notice floating "worms" in front of my eyes. The ophthalmologist found clouding of the vitreous. Could this drug have contributed to this or is it a coincidence?

This is not a typical side effect of Forxiga. It may indicate, m.in other things, that diabetes is improperly controlled.
According to scientific sources:
"The sudden appearance of opacities in the field of vision, deterioration of visual acuity and dark red floating floaters in a diabetic person indicate the resulting bleeding into the vitreous and possibly into the retina. This symptom is characteristic of very advanced diabetic retinopathy."
