How to postpone your period with Jeanine pills?
9.99 zł

Hello
I would like to postpone my period. I'm taking Jeanine 21+7 pills

Which will be more beneficial for health?

Starting a new pill pack without taking a break, or taking a placebo pill and then starting a new pill?

Are there no dependencies?

Thank you in advance for your help.

For Jeanine pills, to postpone your period, it is best to skip the 7-day placebo break and start a new blister right away. This will help you avoid withdrawal bleeding and effectively postpone your period.

Taking several placebo tablets (e.g. 3-4) and then starting a new blister can lead to irregular bleeding because the body gets a signal that bleeding has started, but it is quickly stopped. For health and comfort, it is more beneficial and predictable to start a new blister without interruption.

Skipping a break is safe and effective if you do it occasionally to postpone your period, and there are no major health risks.
