Hello, I have been taking the daily contraceptive pills for over a year. While taking the tablets from the last blister, 5 hours after taking the active tablet, I experienced severe vomiting. I finished the blister, the withdrawal bleeding occurred normally as always, but I had intercourse without a condom (without ejaculation) on the last placebo pill. Is there a risk of pregnancy? I'm afraid that the pill wasn't absorbed because of vomiting

The pill had already been absorbed and there was no risk of weakening the effectiveness of contraception. Everything indicates that the drug has worked properly, as evidenced by the appearance of withdrawal bleeding.
Protection could be reduced if vomiting occurred up to 3-4 hours after taking the tablet, which was not the case in your case.
You should continue to use the tablets as usual.
