There are no known contraindications to the concomitant use of Mozarin Swift (escitalopram), Tirosint Sol (levothyroxine) and Trimesan (trimethoprim). Trimesan is an antibiotic often used to treat urinary tract infections, and its use in combination with medications for depression and thyroid gland has no direct interactions. However, it is always recommended to tell your doctor about all medications you are taking to take into account possible individual risk of interactions.
As for dissolving Trimesan in water, this is not recommended. This drug should be taken whole, as dissolving it can affect its action and absorption. If you have difficulty swallowing pills, it is worth consulting your doctor to find alternative forms of treatment that may be easier to take.
