The drug may cause arrhythmia.
According to the manufacturer:
"Post-marketing reports of QT prolongation and ventricular arrhythmias, including Torsade de Pointes disorders, predominantly in female patients, in patients with hypokalaemia, and in patients with QT prolongation or other cardiac disease."
This symptom may not go away with the duration of treatment, so you should consult your doctor. You may need to change the dosage or change your therapy.
