4000 mg of paracetamol per day is the maximum recommended daily dose. Exceeding it can lead to liver damage. If you only took this dose on the first day of your cycle of contraceptive patches and did not experience any other side effects, it probably did not affect the effectiveness of the patches.

Thank you for the answer, on the Gripex hot max packaging, the allowed dose is 4 sachets per day, i.e. 4000mg of paracetamol, I did not know that such an amount can harm the liver.
This is the amount I took on the first day of the patch cycle (applying the first patch), so after this one current package they will work normally?

Okay, and if I exceeded the daily dose of paracetamol and took 4000mg, how long should I protect myself with a condom? And what's the difference when I overdose during my bleeding break and while wearing the patch?
