A few days ago, after intercourse, the condom slipped off, it wasn't all in the magpie, but the tip was outside. I take diane birth control pills regularly, or do I take the morning after pill to be sure?
Always after taking a contraceptive pill I feel as if it got in my throat, is there such a risk?

Since you take birth control pills regularly, there is no need to take the morning-after pill. There is also no way for the pill to remain in the throat and not be absorbed into the blood. The feeling "as if the pill was left in the throat" may indicate that you are drinking too little water and the edges of the tablet scratch the mucous membrane of the digestive tract – hence the possible feeling of getting stuck in the throat.
You should continue to take your Diane tablets and you will be protected.
